What is the best medical office software?

What is the best medical office software?
Mainly for scheduling- we have an outside billing company now but may want to add it later. Someone told me Via was good but I cant find it on the web. We need a User Friendly program- there are some computer illiterate people in the office! And, it has to grow with our practice- we are new, but plan on getting much larger.
