Best software for web design? Empty Best software for web design?

I'm looking to start a small free lance web design business and am wondering what some of the best software to use for designing are? I know some coding, but am looking for something semi-easy to use

Also, I'm avoiding dreamweaver right now, and am wondering if Wordpress is any good?
