Information about bankruptcy

Hi. I owe around £25,000 with no assets at all and have very little income. I am unfortunately am looking at the option of bankrutpcy. I rent a housing association house. Can you answre the following questions:
1 will my housing ass let me stay if i go bankrupt? I am not in arrears with rent
2 i have a mobility car paid from my mobility allowance
3 will my name go in the local paper could not go bankrupt if this happens, I would be too embarrised
