I am going to attend court with a dui charge its looking like it will be a non recorded conviction , i really wanted to apply for a work visa for canada . being that canada is so strict with these types of charges im looking for options the USA is my next option then europe , i have a friend who has worked in the USA with a dui charge much worse than mine has any one got any advice or is there no hope getting a work visa in north america , thanks jamie
