Concerns about cable runs for theater, etc...

We are about to have our basement finished. Prior to enclosing the ceiling / walls in drywall, I want to upgrade some existing cabling and also run some new cables for a small HT and home network etc.. I want to do this myself before the contractor starts the real work.

I already purchased and started installing ENT (electrical, non-metallic tubing) also referred to in places as smurf tubing. The goal is to make it easier to replace or add cables after the ceiling and walls are enclosed.
