I am looking to have around 10 pages a few css pages and a javascript page, some small images and a few swf files. I would like a easy to set up ftp, and not be charged extra if I want to keep changing files around. Also I don't want any extra charges for any one to look over my javascript. I would like to pay under 10 a month, have 24-7 support with (technical support staff not sales people) & over 99% uptime. Is this possible?
