BUNAC flight proof.... what's the deal?

Hi

I am applying for the BUNAC 12 month WHV programme.

I am already in Canada so applying from here.

I know (assuming the Canadian rules don't change) that I can apply whilst not actually in the UK.

However, in this case, does anybody know what proof of flights BUNAC will require to send me my authorisation letter? Will I just need to prove that I have an outward flight for Canada booked in the future.

Will I then just have to get to the border with my letter and re-enter the country to activate it?
