Moving into a housing association property?
I have just found out that I have been succesful on bidding for a housing association property which is fairly new build. What can I expect to have in the flat as minimum. I know it won't be furnished, but I have heard from other people that councils and housing associations will rip even carpets out. Am I really going to be left with just a shell of a flat? I'm concerned as I am expecting my first baby in a matter of weeks and won't be viewing this property until Monday!?
