PR update seems to have gone... Empty PR update seems to have gone...

Is anyone noticing a drop in Toolbar PR? There are quite a few of my pages/sites which saw improvements in the PR update this time around but 2 weeks down the line the toolbar seems to have jumped back. For example, the squidoo page ive been raving about which picked up a PR2 has gone back to grey. A couple of client sites which had picked up a PR1 have now dropped to PR0... Anyone else noticed or heard of this issue?
