Blank living room wall: Need help!
After several attempts at interior design, I still am completely baffled by my living room. The living room/common room is a hodgepodge of everything that, quite frankly, does not make me stand up and cheer.

I have a long living room wall that is completely bare and needs some TLC. Currently, all that is present along said wall is a 47" tv on a stupid black stand that I've had for more than 10 years. I took pictures of the room to give you an idea of the colors present. I will be painting the walls a soft neutral (keeping the white trim), the sofa is forest green, and the coffee table will be replaced with new plant stands. I am in the process of buying more updated items that compliment the room (ie; tv stand, bookcase, etc) but for me, the bare wall is an eyesore.
