Moving an old site across

Hi
Is there a way to either work locally or have some form of import mechanism to move page content efficiently from an existing site to SEO Toaster? Working via the web and uploading every image and text seems a bit long winded.
It may be the added SEO functionality and benefit of doing individually would be lost?
